Lifeline's $2 Book Clearance Sale

Hornsby War Memorial Hall,

2 High Street, Hornsby

Sat 28/Sun 29 May 2022

Lifeline's famous $2 Book Clearance Sale is back. For the price of just $2, you can buy one book, or a couple of DVDs or CDs, while helping Lifeline to make a real difference to other people's lives.

Organised and run by a team of dedicated volunteers, this COVID-safe fundraiser for Lifeline will be held once again at the Hornsby War Memorial Hall, 2 High Street, Hornsby. The venue is conveniently located next to Hornsby RSL Club and close to public transport, across from Hornsby rail station and bus terminus.

Over 40,000 good quality pre-loved books will be on sale across all genres, including general fiction, sci-fi and literary classics in both hardcover and paperback, children's books and young adult reading, textbooks, collectibles, as well as an enormous range of nonfiction books on art, science, languages, cookery, craft, travel, gardening, history and politics. There is also a great selection of DVDs and CDs to choose from. All of it has to go for just $2 or less per item.

With so much excess stock to clear, Lifeline expects to draw book lovers and bargain hunters from far and wide. So don't miss this giant clearance sale for one weekend only. All funds raised will go towards Lifeline's suite of crisis support and suicide prevention services, including the 24/7 telephone hotline 13 11 14.
