Spend less, read more — and help Lifeline save lives

Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury (H2H) kicks off the new year with its first giant book fair for 2019 at The Civic Pavilion, The Concourse, Chatswood. Even bigger than last year's blockbuster success at this wonderful venue, the Chatswood Book Fair will be offering over 60,000 books of outstanding quality in more than 50 categories—including Art, Military, History, Biography, Gardening, Craft, Commercial Fiction, Literature, Architecture, Science, Sport, and Children's and Young Adult titles.

Among the diverse range of special editions to be snapped up on a first-come-first-served basis is a box set of the classic Larousse Gastronomique Recipe Collection; containing a total of 2,500 mouth-watering recipes, this encyclopaedia of French cuisine is an invaluable reference for the serious home cook or professional chef. A treasure trove of Marvel comics by the legendary Stan Lee—late co-creator of superheroes like Spiderman, The Hulk and X-Men—awaits fans of this popular genre. And Biggles swoops in for a return appearance at Chatswood Book Fair in the form of 98 different volumes of the famous pilot's daring escapades, all for the avid collector and/or new-generation reader to enjoy.

So, don't miss this fantastic family fundraiser, where you'll find in ONE BIG PLACE OVER ONE BIG WEEKEND a staggering variety of books as well as DVDs, CDs and video games at bargain prices. Not only is it an ideal opportunity to stock up on textbooks and study guides in time for the start of school and uni, it's your chance to spend less and read more while assisting Lifeline to change and save lives.

Proceeds from the book fairs are an essential funding source for Lifeline's telephone crisis support and suicide prevention services.
