Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury's twelfth giant book fair at Knox Grammar School, Wahroonga is being held over 4 massive days this July; Thursday 14th and Friday 15th July (9am-9pm both days), and Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July (9am – 5pm both days).The record sales of last year are set to be broken in an event that provides fantastic value to readers and wonderful support to the Lifeline services.This is not your average book fair. More than 90,000 books, CDs, DVDs and stamps have been selected, cleaned and sorted into over 50 categories for easy browsing.
The quality and range is always remarked on by happy customers: there are boxes of thrillers, romance, fantasy, science fiction, historical novels, literary fiction and lots of non-fiction. You can also look for items under Animals, Healthy Lifestyles, History, Graphic Writing and Comics, Art, Cooking, Military and Travel. And there is so much for younger readers with a whole room of picture books, tales, stories and novels for children and young adults.
And while Thursday 14th July is the big opening day, fresh boxes of books will be unpacked each day of the sale! And of course no-one wants to miss out on Sunday 17th of July, when everything will be half price! Because there are so many high quality books on offer, there are always lots of great bargains still available on Sunday!And by buying books at a Lifeline bookfair, you will be enriching your bookshelves AND directly helping to fund your local Lifeline's vital crisis support and suicide prevention services.
