All about bringing the community together for food and fun, LIFE Spring Festival will feature music and entertainment from local musicians and dancers, as well as tasty BBQ and food truck treats, with all the food sold being Halal.
The festival will see Boundary Road Reserve in North Melbourne come alive with bouncy castles, zorb soccer, face painting for kids, food trucks, and live entertainment.
The festival will celebrate all that the diverse community of North Melbourne entails, even hosting a North Melbourne's Got Talent, for which people can submit a 60-second audition of their talent, with the Top 5 auditions getting to perform on the main stage on the day of the festival.
The event is family-focused and alcohol-free, with all invited and welcome to soak in the spring air and community feel.
The reserve will be divided into six precincts, including one for the food vans, a kids zone, the 'EPIC zone', where youth can hang out and enjoy rides and other activities, the Community Corner, where local organisations will be showcasing their offerings, the main stage for all the entertainment and the Hub, which will offer a place to sit and relax with a coffee.
