Freshen up your artistic skills with life drawing sessions
Located in the QV building is No Vacancy Gallery, off Jane Bell Lane, a few shops down from the OfficeWorks. No Vacancy Gallery offers affordable drop-in life drawing classes for all abilities and ages if you are ready to move beyond still life and landscape drawing or simply want to freshen up your drawing skills.
Classes usually start mid-January to late November and are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm with doors opening at 6:30 pm. As the classes fill up very quickly, please plan to come early as no bookings are taken.
In 2015, classes were $13 (in cash only) per session. For 2016 classes, please check for updates at life-drawing.com.au, Facebook athttps://www.facebook.com/Life-Drawing-163102640419979/?ref=hl or email Louise Klerks at firstname.lastname@example.org. Or better yet, sign up with your email address at their website so you won't miss what's happening. You can also contact the gallery for any of you interested in modelling for the classes.
All materials are provided including paper, drawing boards, and sketching materials such as pencils, pastels, and charcoal, which provides you with an opportunity to try these items out first if you are still new to drawing.
