"I have lived a thousand lives and I have loved a thousand loves. I've walked on distant worlds and seen the end of time. Because I read."
George R R Martin
Now that we are all in lockdown, there's no better time to take on the Libraries ACT Reading Challenge for 2020!

Books take you on the most amazing, most wonderful adventures. I've visited enchanted lands on top of the Magical Faraway Tree; I've learned magic and battled dark wizards at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizardry; I've encountered mighty heroes, and gods and goddesses in ancient Greece; I've walked into a wardrobe and met a faun carrying parcels in a wintry land; I've journeyed with Sinbad the Sailor, lived through the great plagues of the Middle Ages in Europe, destroyed the One Ring, danced at the ball where Elizabeth Bennett met Mr Darcy, and fought to the death in the Hunger Games. I've gone on a bear hunt, sailed away for a year and a day to where the wild things are, gone down the rabbit hole to Wonderland, got swept away by a tornado to a land somewhere over the rainbow, and met a Gruffalo. And I've done all this and more, without leaving my home.
