Event:
A tale of dissent, dedication and passion
This will be another spectacular evening hosted by the Latin American Community of QLD. This Friday night you can attend a screening of a documentary at the QLD Multicultural Centre (BEMAC), organised by the Latin American Community of QLD. The screening begins at 7.30pm.

The movie is called "Roque Dalton: Let's Shoot the Night!" It is about a Salvadoran poet and journalist. He was considered one of the most prominent and compelling poets, and tried to, and even joined, various revolutionary movements within El Salvador at the height of the leftist social revolution in that region.

El Salvador has a tumultuous and volatile past but it also has rich, mystical and beautiful stories to tell. It's a small country but it has the soul of a grand empire. This movie will show you the many colours of this nation.
