Get along to the Corner Uniting Church, Warradale, on Sunday August 4th, 2019, for a 3 hour workshop on understanding and managing stress. Come along to learn about stress and how to better cope with and control it. Learn methods for diffusing stress and understand better where it comes from, and how to get rid of it!



Participate in the "Yin Yoga" class (45 minutes). Learn the best way for you to meditate in your busy life. Beat that bad habit of worrying all the time! Learn about anxiety and its role in life. Learn how not to let it become a problem for you! Join in the open discussion, share your experiences and thoughts, and get invaluable feedback in a non-judging environment.

Stress affects our digestion. There is a link between stress and the gut. At this workshop, you will enjoy tasty, gut-healing nibbles provided for your enjoyment! Take home a package comprising of an ebook on "10 Ways to Relax That Require 10 Minutes or Less", a worksheet to reduce your own stress and recognise what the main areas for concern are for you, and a poster on the effects of stress and what signs to watch out for.
