Enjoy an afternoon of moving music on Remembrance Day

In 1917, a wartime fundraising concert was performed at the Coliseum Hall, North Sydney. One hundred years later, Operantics is proudly presenting a unique return engagement - 'Let The Great Big World Keep Turning ' on Remembrance Day at the Independent Theatre, North Sydney.

This family-friendly event will showcase popular songs of the era (1914 to 1918), music composed by artists who served in WWI and music inspired by the great war.

It is sure to be a moving experience for all and will feature the participation of talented pianist Nathaniel Kong, alongside Sarah Ampil, Joann Balasuriya, Tristan Entwistle, Laura Griffin, Michael Handy, Katie Miller-Crispe and Ian Warwick.

Tickets are now on sale for this Remembrance Day (Saturday, 11 November 2017) concert - click here to make a booking. Tickets are priced from $15-$45.

Operantics is an independent opera company dedicated to championing young emerging artists and exploring diverse repertoire. Since its launch in 2015, the company has presented seven operas, two Australian premieres and provided opportunities for more than forty young artists in Sydney.
