This dish from Lemongrass Thai Bistro features an array of tantalising ingredients that delight the senses. Served while still steaming, the thin noodles, selection of vegetables and chicken make for a satisfying meal.

The dish is well presented, with the chicken served in tender strips and the vegetables sliced into reasonably sized pieces. Being served as such, diners can experience the full flavours of the dish by combining meat and vegetables in one mouthful. This creates a more enjoyable dining experience.

This dish can also be selected with beef, tofu or seafood. Any of these would complement the Singapore Noodles and its accompaniments. Additionally, if ordering this dish, keep in mind the noodles are intentionally made to be thin. Patrons preferring more substantial noodles would benefit from ordering a different meal.
