Could I ask a question... is 125gm butter equal to 6 tablespoons?

Hi, thanks for reading. I'd be more likely to recommend 8 generous tbsp of butter as I think that is nearer. It's quite a forgiving recipe so see how the consistency looks. The cake mix should resemble a thick batter. Enjoy!
