FREE event and take home models

If your kids are LEGOŽ mad, and what kids aren't, then you might want to take advantage of the free event that happens on the first Tuesday of the month at all LEGOŽ stores.

Kids get to learn how to build a mini model, which they can then take home for free.

A new model is available each month and is often especially themed for that particular month. This month it's a witch -- getting ready for Halloween. Other months have seen pirates, fishermen, igloos, sea turtles, rocking horses, crabs and so on.

These models cannot be purchased which makes them ultimately collectable.

And we know how kids love to collect little figures.

There is one free model per child and the stores usually have a supply of 250 of the month's freebie to giveaway. Which means that it is worth getting there early to ensure you don't miss out.

For this reason depending on the season you are going to have a queue. The best thing you can do about a queue is to come prepared and perhaps take it in turns to hold your place in it.

Children must be between 6 and 14 years old.
