The fate of the world rests in his little yellow claws

Lego movie review
Everything rests in his tiny yellow claw

The Lego Movie is absolutely fantastic, it is cute, witty, funny and, like all good movies, has a twist at the end that makes you go "ohhhhhhh".

The Lego Movie consists of a Lego world filled with our favourite little yellow characters. The movie is very well made and has really captured a whole new way of life. It's amazing to see how the Lego people interact with each other and of course follow the instructions or let loose when making Lego masterpieces,

The Lego world incorporates lots of wit and humour in the movie as well as lots of hilarious references to famous characters like Batman, Superman, Dumbledore and Gandalf.

The movie itself really sweeps you along, and I'll bet that after watching the movie you'll find yourself coming out singing the very catchy number one song from the Lego world.

The movie expertly weaves in features unique to the Lego world, letting the characters move and run and make facial expressions at will, as well as some aspects that just remind you of being a kid and playing with Lego yourself such as tying a piece of string to a character to let him fly.

This movie I highly recommend, it's lots of fun for kids but I'm sure even adults would enjoy it. Furthermore, if you really do enjoy the movie you could grab the new console game based off the movie to keep the fun going even after the movie is over.

Definitely go see the movie, and don't forget to check out the blooper reel that was released a little while ago. (If you want to watch the bloopers first don't worry it won't spoil anything)
