Writing just for the fun of it! from Perth, Western Australia

In it's heyday, the town of Two Rocks was filled with tourists pouring over the beaches, shops and the now-empty Atlantis Marine Park. Those days are long forgotten, and so apparently, is the town. Those perfect beaches remain as they were, with a few helpful amenities added to make them a perfect family spot.
Leeman's Landing is an example of an undiscovered gem. Recently the council realized the same thing, and installed a small children's playground, some lush grass, showers and added to the toilet facilities. The BBQ is always kept clean and extremely popular in the summer months so get there early to cook up some lunch.
A few metres north is the dog beach, where your furry friend can join in the fun. You can even wash him off after a hard days play in the sand and surf. At the top of the dunes you will find a small monument to the ship that was wrecked just off the coast of Two Rocks, telling its story.
Leeman's proximity to sand, surf and reef means its an all round great place for those water activities we all love. Snorkelling, diving, surfing, boating, fishing, wind sailing, body boarding, swimming. The nearby boat ramp gives boaters and crafters access to the Leeman's bay, merely asking for a $5 donation for its use.
The beach is located off Two Rocks Road, the main road that takes you from Yanchep to Two Rocks along the coast. It's best to come after a large swell, when all the seaweed that is so common on Perth beaches has been swept away to reveal the clean water and pristine sand.
