Over 4 enlightening weeks, you can discover the many benefits of meditation.
From Saturday 22nd July (then every Saturday afternoon until 12th August), you are invited to join their popular 'Learn to Meditate' Course, designed for individuals with or without experience, including beginners through to experienced meditators.
Formulated by Melaney Ryan, the director of Australian StillPoint Institute, this four-week course will introduce you to different styles and types of meditation, allowing you to find a style and technique that best suits your lifestyle.
The classes will be facilitated by Beverly Dallas, who has been teaching this class since 2007 and practised formalised meditation since 2004.
All participants will receive informative course notes and instructions as well, so you can continue to learn and practise at home.
The classes are held in a small group size, ensuring all participants receive adequate guidance.
