If you answered yes to any of these, then read on as this could be a golden opportunity to become a budding artist, or at least spend some time learning new things and hobbies. You can learn to draw impressive portraits using just graphite and ink, guided Anya Shcherban.
The workshops will be held every day at 1 Hill St, Dulwich Hill from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and run until Friday 22nd March 2019. The cost is $60 and you can book here.
Even if you are already an accomplished illustrator, you may want to learn more and make your work more professional by broadening your techniques and perspectives. You can perhaps learn to improve your drawing skills, or you may just be someone who is quite happy with being able to draw cutesy stick figures and simple basic shape outlines. Either way, Anya will be able to teach you how to be a better artist!
Anya enjoys sharing her knowledge with up and coming and new artists. She has over ten years experience as a painter and has produced digital concept artwork for multi-million dollar firms. Thanks to her experience and knowledge, you will be sure to gain a lot from these workshops.
If you are not keen on learning portraits, you will find that Anya has many talents and will be able to share a lot of her other talents with you. You can even organise a more customised class so that you can do your own thing privately.
To join in any of the classes, you need have no knowledge of drawing or painting - you just need to book and turn up!
Equipment Needed Equipment will be provided, including three Staedtler graphite pencils and a sketch pad. There will be paints and inks available for your use in the class and students are also encouraged to bring their own equipment if they prefer.
