Kizomba Dance Australia invites you to join their upcoming introductory dancing class this Autumn.
Come and learn how to dance in just three hours! It's a great way to get out of your comfort zone and meet some brand new friends!
Held on Saturday 8th April, 2017 from 2pm to 5pm at Judith Wright Centre, this interactive class will introduce you to Kizomba, an extremely beautiful and sensual dance style which originates from Angola and is a descendant of Semba, the original dance.
Kizomba is popular in the Afro/Latin category of social dance styles and is very easy to learn. Kizomba Dance Australia's friendly instructors note that Kizomba "has the grace and passion of Tango, but the softness and gentleness of a hug. ... It is equally intricate as it is simple and one can keep mastering it for as long as they want to keep refining and learning the art."
During the afternoon, students will begin with basic steps and as their confidence grows, they will gradually introduce more complex steps and concepts into their routine.
The Kizomba discipline will also make one more aware of their own body, posture and core - it is a great way to improve one's overall fitness and a fun and rewarding activity. Come and join the huge social dancing scene in Brisbane and meet new, exciting like-minded people.
Kizomba is incredibly addictive, which is why it's fast conquering the world!
