Mindfulness Meditation Hub, Perth, have classes for everyone, and on most days.

Meditation can be very beneficial to our health, well-being, and mind, and learning it is the first step.

All it takes is one hour per week, for four consecutive weeks, and you will begin to be able to practise this art and possibly achieve peace with yourself and the world.

Mindfulness Meditation Hub is offering these sessions which focus on practising the technique twice in small duration, whilst receiving a brief explanation of the particular technique. These sessions also include some general discussion about the technique.

Mindfulness Meditation Hub (MMH) work on the theory that you pay on a "what your heart feels" basis, so there is no set fee. This allows all individuals the opportunity to use all the provided services for what they feel they would like to contribute, or what they can afford. This in turn creates an opportunity for MMH to support others through these meditation sessions, and all financial contributions are used to cover the costs of rent, rental insurance, electricity, maintaining their website, and other miscellaneous expenses incurred in running a business.

If there are any additional funds left over, these are used to help spread the word about meditation to other people, and there is no personal or financial gain from any contribution.

Their weekly sessions and times can be seen at this address .

Groups are not large, and you will learn this ancient art at your own pace.

You can also buy mats, bolsters in two sizes, etc at their website .
