Try the rack of lamb
On our last night in Paris, my partner and I decided to try out a restaurant about 100 metres from our hotel. "Le Court Bouillon" is a beautiful, boutique restaurant located on the corner of the rue du Théâtre and the rue George Citerne, about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Our table was set up perfectly with a cute little candle and the restaurant itself had a few paintings from local artists.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant but suggested we book. Fortunately on that particular night we were able to score a table for two but the restaurant did fill up while we were there. With only a few tables, this restaurant would be perfect for cute couple dinners or you can even hire out the entire restaurant for a function.

Now to the menu, you could choose to have the full menu for 45€ or choose just the starter and main OR a main course and dessert for 39€. Separately the starter would cost 14, the main 27 and the dessert 10€.

We chose the rack and filet of lamb, salad & gratin dauphinois which was delectable. Every bite of lamb melted in your mouth and don't even get me started on the gratin dauphinois (potatoes). The potatoes complimented the lamb perfectly and the simple salad finished the dish superbly.

We had no room left for dessert which I'm sure would have been just as perfect! It was a beautiful evening and the best bit, we only had a 2 minute walk back to our hotel! I would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in central Paris, definitely worth a visit!
