This February, the Lazy Runner Running Club comes to Melbourne and Victoria - catch them while you can!

Created by Fitness Consultant and Running Coach, Marie Bean, Lazy Runner is a international running club with a difference - absolutely everyone can take part - no matter what their fitness level is.

The 'lazy' in Lazy Runner refers to Marie's belief that 'Everyone can run and every runner can run a marathon' - it doesn't matter if you are a plodder or mover, with the right training and program, Lazy Runner will help you achieve your goals.

Your Comment
This is a good way to get less active people doing exercise. They're less likely to be put off.
