Lazy Moe thinks you need more hot chips in your life
The Lazy Moe's restaurant in Caroline Springs is similar to the Lazy Moe's restaurant in Melton (they are a franchise after all). The dining area is spacious and can accommodate most large family gatherings.
In saying that,; there is a small flaw in the restaurant's design. Due to the concrete floors and large bay windows, conversations can be difficult to have inside the restaurant, especially if there are a lot of people inside.
Like the Melton restaurant, Lazy Moe's at Caroline Springs also has the standard menu available, and a wide selection of enormous meals.
This meal selection has been removed from the menu, however, I believe it was referred to as the Big Barbecue. It's a wide selection of barbecued meats, chicken wings, and fried tomatoes. I would consider this a suitable meal for sharing, possibly among multiple people.
The Mighty Chicken Parmigiana, resting on a bed of pipping-hot chips, and a small side of salad. While the parma is relatively simple to make, it remains a crowd-favourite for a reason. The sauce and melted cheese prevent the crumbed chicken portion from drying out, while the ham gives extra flavour and texture.
The Rib Eye on the Bone was soft and tend with an excellent amount of charcoal flavouring. My partner chose to have a dollop of garlic butter for his steak, however, there was a wide selection of sauces to choose from.
The Sticky Beef Ribs are coated in a thick sweet marinade, which has made the meat very soft and tender. If ordering this particular meal, I would recommend using a knife and fork to separate the rib-bone from the meat, and the meat will easily slide off. This way the bones can be put to the side.
All in all, I highly recommend the Lazy Moe's Restaurant at Caroline Springs, an overall excellent dinning experience.
