According to The Lazy Girl's Diet Cookbook, by Easier Dieting, did you know that you can lose weight by eating supermarket frozen meals, such as Lean Cuisine? Most have little calories and are inexpensive. An example would be Lean Cuisine Classic Five Cheese Lasagna, with 370 calories. The best frozen meals range from 230-450 calories, filled with fiber, protein and vegetables. Would you like a little more? Microwave or simmer some frozen vegetables to go with the frozen meals. Use some seasoning. The book also includes the best frozen desserts, from ice cream to fudge bars.

The pace of the book was easy to follow. The content was educational with ways for people whether poor or wealthy to lose weight, especially the poor, as they cannot afford expensive weight loss plans. So, I learned a lot, especially that frozen is healthy as I had thought just the opposite. I think readers are going to be educated also with such nutritional advice. I think a person needing to lose major weight yet have little money should buy this book and not give up as I think this option might brighten their day.
