Cleveland Showgrounds will be hosting the annual Club Concours Laverda Club Concours on July 19 2015.

Held each year this very popular and colourful event showcases not only the Iconic Laverda but also other vintage and classic marques. The event moved to Cleveland Showgrounds 5 years ago after outgrowing the previous venue.

Considered one of the largest shows in the Southern Hemisphere, the annual Laverda show attracts a huge range of bikes that are judged in many classes.

There are some 60 classes to be judged including Cafe Racers, Japanese, American, British and Street machines.

Three wheeled vehicles based on motorcycle engines are also on display, attracting a great deal of attention.

The public is invited to vote for the People's Choice which was won last year by a 1980 Laverda 1200cc entered by Paul Casson.

Entertainment is provided by the Dave Ritter band this year and there are food stalls, merchandise tents and an ATM on site.

Funds raised by the event are donated to the Make a Wish Foundation . The venue is family friendly and alcohol free.

Judging starts early so entry is from 8:30AM to late in the afternoon, judging takes place at 2:30PM. Admission is $10 with children under 15 years free!

If the event is rained out, it will be scheduled for another day.
