is a beautiful holiday home located in Vincentia, a suburb of Jervis Bay on the South Coast of NSW, just 2.5 hours drive from Sydney and 3 hours drive from Canberra.

The house is located close to many popular beaches and parks including Jervis Bay Marine Park which boarders the South end of Nelsons Beach, Nelsons Beach itself , Blenheim Beach and Plantation Point with its easily accessible boat ramp for light craft and recently installed children's playground and BBQ areas.


The house is privately owned and managed by Keith and Kris Whiting, who purchased the house in 1990 as a family home. At that time the house was an original holiday shack - many of those can still be seen in the area and are indeed still leased as holiday escapes. Keith commented, "We fell in love with the original cottage, land and location but a one bedroom cottage simply wasn't big enough for our growing family".


Over the years the house has been developed into a stunning holiday home with the same quaint frontage and holiday cottage atmosphere, now hosting three bathrooms, four bedrooms and a whopping three outside entertainment verandas. The house is able to host a family of ten people.

Visitors to this home will be surprised by the private courtyard and rear entertainment areas, furnished in a Balinese theme with mature gardens and water features. The BBQ has been developed into an outside kitchen which is suitable for all weather use.
