Come the end of the week you may feel like you need to air out and freshen up; Laundry on Johnston Street, Fitzroy is the perfect place. Come in and pre-rinse yourself with a few beers before a tumble dry on the dance floor.
The décor is minimalist with a few paintings on the walls and couches either side of the dance floor. The crowd is friendly and the drinks are cheap. You can easily find yourself dancing till the early hours of the morn.
Laundry is open most nights of the week and caters for a range of music tastes from funk, indie and house to hip-hop and reggae dancehall.
Just a short walk from busy Brunswick Street, Laundry Bar is a cool little nightspot to add to your party repertoire.
All my favourite things - dancing, good couches and most of all, cheap drinks! I haven't been to Laundry Bar before but Fitzroy generally is one of the more interesting places to go out on the weekends. Cute review! I'll put it on my mental list of places to check out.
