Event:
Calling all bird watchers, bird enthusiasts and nature lovers! Hume City Council is launching a field guide that illustrates the diversity of birds that make the Hume area their home. The official launch event is held at Living Legends Homestead and open to the public. This is part of the Hume City Council's Live Green program and developed in collaboration with the Craigieburn Camera Club.

This book contains pictures of the different bird species, tips on attracting birds and some of the best bird watching spots in Hume. One of Hume's most experienced bird photographers will also be present to share tips about bird watching and taking fantastic photos. There may also be a guided walk to spot birds in Woodlands Historic Park if the weather permits. To top it all, you get to enjoy an afternoon Devonshire tea and go home with a FREE copy.
