What is the best feeling in the world? For some, it might involve winning something. For many, it involves Friday afternoons.
But the one thing that many best feelings have in common is that they all generate the feeling of happiness which, for me, is definitely the best feeling in the world.
Happiness and laughter is a powerful emotion that brings positivity to life. To inject more doses of it into your life, head down to the
Stirling Civic Gardens for free weekly sessions of
Laughter Yoga every Saturday from 9:30am to 10:30am. This is a great initiative to get into to coincide with World Happiness Day, celebrated each year on the first Sunday in May.

The event is held by
Creative Expressionismsismmms, a not-for-profit community based organisation with great aims to improve physical and emotional health and well-being through creativity, laughter and play in different workshops and events.
[ADVERT]Laughter Yoga started with humble beginnings, with the first laughter club consisting of five people starting in a park nearly a decade ago. These days, it is a concept practised worldwide, with over 6000 social laughter clubs across 60 countries. It consists of group aerobic exercises using rhythm, breathing patterns and playful laughter, and provides benefit through the belief that inducing voluntary laughter is undistinguishable and no different from genuine laughter. Whenever you crack up, stress and tension momentarily disappears as laughter is said to release endorphins to make us feel good.
Open to anyone and everyone in public, these
Laughter Yoga sessions are free to attend. All you need to bring is a drink, something to sit on and a great predisposition to laugh your heart out at absolutely nothing or everything.
