Tinker & Create in Tuggeranong
Do your kids love to get their hands dirty and create their own sculptures? Lanyon Homestead will be the venue for a fun school holiday program where kids get the chance to make their own rustic sculptures from items found in the Lanyon shed. Artists Suzie Bleach and Andy Townsend will be on hand to guide the creative process and help create an original - and rustic - artwork. Whilst there, you can also explore the property and find inspiration in this historical building from Canberra's early settler past.

This program is held on a Sunday so parents and carers can also join in on the creative fun. The class is run for an hour at 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 2.30pm (6-9 years). Bookings are essential.
