The restaurant looks rather cool and funky from the outside; it's a bit like a gigantic pair of rectangular sun glasses due to the deeply tinted windows. Inside is a somewhat different story as you gaze upon the apparent theme of bamboo utensils and tables draped in white cloth.

The Lana Thai menu is mainly concerned with a vast range of curry, salad and noodle dishes, tailored in varying degrees of intensity (that is, mild, medium or hot) for your liking. Its vegetarian options include soups and salads that are msg free, specifically designed for those of you who can't tolerate flavour enhancer six-two-one.

There's a lot of parking spaces available and this restaurant accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and EFTPOS. Bookings, especially reservations for groups, must be made in advance. Anything on the affordable menu can be ordered as take away.
