Lake Monger has undergone an upgrade
One of my favourite places to walk, run, cycle, and just generally get some fresh air - just got even better!
The lovely council crew have been done the rounds - you'll no longer find any uneven paving or pot-holes - the pathways have been smoothed to perfection, the barbeques have been replenished and gym machinery oiled. Plus, if you're a cyclist, you'll be glad to hear that we now have a cycle repair station, where you can pump up your tyres, tighten your seat post and all manner of clever gadgets!
Lake Monger is very easily accessible, just off the freeway, cycle paths and a short stroll to Leederville. So why not grab yourself a coffee and go for a walk? You won't regret soaking up this stunning view of the city.
Whatever time of day, you'll find people roller-blading, biking, running, in groups, alone, with children, all levels of fitness and ages.
