The show very cleverly highlights just how bizarre, banal and at times just plain silly the lyrics of some of songs are.

No singer is safe from the Ladies; even seasoned performers such as Tom Jones, Prince and the late David Bowie are subjected to the Ladies' special treatment. The Ladies take particular delight in tearing apart the over confident hip hop artist Kanye West - though frankly it's not difficult to have a go at someone who sings a song called 'I am a God'!
The audience, equally, is not safe as audience member 'David' found out. Mind you, he seemed to quite enjoy being bound, gagged and serenaded by the Ladies.

The backing from the more than capable Hayden Barltrop (piano) and Lauren Allison (percussion) is also notable; I can only imagine that it takes considerable skill to seamlessly move from pop to rock to hip hop as effectively as they do.
We found ourselves singing and laughing in almost equal proportions through this show. It's clever, funny and an all-round feel good show that left the audience clapping, cheering and demanding more.
