Full of all things vintage and rockabilly, and showcasing the customs and culture of 1950's, the Lady Luck Festival will be on again in Katoomba on Friday January 15 and Saturday January 16.

Events start on Friday night with a drive-in film screening at 7.00pm of 1968 cult classic, The Wild Racers, at Katoomba Brewing Company.

At 8.00pm will be Noir Night (the official opening event) in the Baroque Room of The Carrington Hotel . It will feature a dazzling burlesque (featuring Memphis Mae ), acrobatics, trickery and music.

On Saturday there will be a day of free activities, including a 'Show N Shine' and markets along Katoomba Street. From midday to 6.00pm there will be music performances by The Twilight Rhythm Boys, Danny & The Cosmic Tremors, Pat Capocci and The Honey Stompers.

At 12.30pm on Saturday The Carrington will host a burlesque class by Memphis Mae, and at 3.00pm says Sydney Swing Katz will be perform and provide a free dance lesson.

The day ends with a Diner and Dance party from 7.00pm to 11.00pm. It will feature lots of different performers and prizes will be given for the best dressed guests. Food stalls will also be set up.
