The beauty about Ladies night is that only ladies get to ride the track. Track Cycling WA has a host of qualified coaches whom will be at the track that night to help new riders become confident with this sport. Furthermore, Track Cycling WA has a range of track bicycles that you can hire. These bikes are top of the range bikes to ensure your safety comes first.
For many women, track cycling can be very daunting. Their biggest fear is falling. However, speak to any women after her first experience on the track and they all say the same thing: "it was amazing". There has been no injury to date, and all women soon learn how easy track cycling really is.

The beauty about track cycling, besides that it helps create some sexy legs for the beach, is that there are no cars. You can go as fast as you want, and you don't have to stop for someone walking across a bike path or wait for the traffic lights to turn green. And, as the track is somewhat oval in shape, you can go for as long as you want and then stop whenever you want to!
Our amazing Anna Meares that shows class and style on and off the track!
So, if you have ever thought about giving track a go, or wanting to find out more about it, why not head down to the Speed Dome to experience it for yourself. Ladies Night starts at 6pm on 23rd August 2013. Fee to ride (which includes a bike) is $15.00. Booking is essential which you can do by emailing Bob Barnes on: firstname.lastname@example.org
Hope to see you out there. I think this is going to be a GREAT night!
There was a comment on why is there a half naked women with this article. This half naked woman is the one of the world's fastest sprinters. She hold a number of records and medals, and her name is Victoria Pendelton (from Great Britian). Women sprint cyclists are known, within the sport, to have very large legs. It is thought that the larger the legs the more power you can generate. Victoria has broken that myth and has proven that you DON'T need large legs to sprint well. Victoria is the role model for all women cyclists who want to ride fast and feel they can't because they don't have the physique. We can all be great at what we do if we put our minds to it, and Victoria shows us in true form that it is possible!
