Free Labyrinth Walks - Centennial Parklands

If you'd like to start off your health journey with a gentle meditative walking, head to the Centennial Parklands, Grand Drive, Sydney on Sunday 1 July 2018 from 9am to 10pm. A free community walking event, learn how to use the Centennial Park Labyrinth and improve your wellbeing. Pick up on the good feelings of being part of a community in a gentle peaceful way.

The walk will be led by trained Veriditas facilitators, who'll give you a short introduction about the labyrinth, its history and simple guidance on walking meditation. No booking is necessary for this event, just turn up.


Hosted by Sydney Labyrinth and Centennial Parklands , you'll find many other events, so be sure to keep your eye on the event page . With school holidays upcoming, you'll find many kid-oriented events there.

Holiday robotics is bound to catch their imagination, if not expand it. Why not enter the rite of passage and join your children as they learn to ride a bike in an engaging workshop that fills them in on safety precautions. Perhaps gross and gory science may interest kiddies who are not fainthearted as they make fake snot, vile vomit bombs, exploding pimples, fake wounds and more. Fun!
