Are you wandering around central Zagreb with a hankering for some local food? A stop by La Struk is a must! This small cafe is located in Upper Zagreb and it specializes in one type of food: strukli.
Strukli is a traditional northern Croatian casserole made from homemade noodles, fresh cheese, and any additional savoury or sweet flavourings. It can either be boiled or baked. Traditional flavours range from blueberry to garlic to plain salted cheese. But really, any flavour can be added to your strukli!
La Struk offers both savoury and sweet options every day. Also, when the weather is nice, there is a cozy open-air patio in the back of the restaurant.
