Sat 10 May 2014 - Sun 18 May 2014

The Warringah Council in conjunction with the Environmental Research Initiative for Art, College of Fine Arts, and University of New South Wales are holding the La Lune Exhibition.

The internationally renowned Loonatic Spectacular, known as the Man in the Moon, is opening this wonderful event. This free exhibition is a 2km outdoor gallery walk (starts from behind the Long Reef Beach Surf Club, off Pittwater Rd), which showcases international and local artists presenting a unique night sculpture walk of creative art.

The exhibition is the latest in new media performance; the Loonatic Spectacular has toured the world. It features video projections creating the illusion of a man in the moon. The artists will present pieces produced by and, responsive to, the dramatic coastal environment.

With around twenty artists exhibiting unique outdoor sculptures this is one exhibit you do not want to miss out on!

It is suitable for the whole family. The opening night is held on the 10 May 2014 and the exhibition will run to 18 May 2014.
