There is new pop up food cart at Bicentennial Park, The Esplanade, near the Daly street end. La French food cart is not new. They have been in Darwin since 2016 but this is a new location. You will find them at The Esplanade every Saturday from 07.00am until 12.30pm.

You won't miss them as they put bright yellow coloured chairs around their food cart for people to sit and enjoy their creations. You can find sweet crepes alongside their savoury crepes. Their recipes are inspired by classic flavour combinations from regions all over France. They sell up to 10 different styles of crepe and often do a special. You should try their famous Moulin Rouge crepes. Beside crepes, they also make French toast and provide cold brew coffee from Sailors Brew, juices and free water.

You can also find them at Mindil Beach Market every Thursday from 05.00pm until 09.00pm, every Friday at Cullen Bay from 05.30pm until 08.30pm, every Saturday night at Malak Market from 05.00pm until 09.00pm, every Sunday at Rapid Creek Market from 07.00am until 02.00pm and every Sunday evening at Nightcliff Foreshore (behind the swimming pool) from 05.30pm until 08.30pm.

You will be served by impeccably dressed Frenchmen in their ornate wrought iron-trimmed crepe cart. Come and say bonjour to them. Enjoy their heavenly taste crepes while enjoying the green lush trees around the Esplanade plus the blue sea with ships or sailing boats passing by.
