Looking for a relaxed yet up market place to eat whilst visiting the Sunshine Coast? Look no further than for a fix of quality Italian cuisine.



Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week and very conveniently located at the Rumba Resort near Bulcock Beach.

I was privileged to be able to have lunch here last weekend with some girlfriends and thoroughly enjoyed a very leisurely lunch here complete with a bottle of Sauvignon blanc ($40.50) They have a good wine, beer and drinks menu along with entrees, and mains and desserts.



The location is ideal as it is right on the esplanade with the perfect view of the Bulcock beach and a wonderful place for people watching or watching the kite surfers braving the skies.



We took advantage of the lunch time specials and ended up choosing the Smoked salmon and goat's cheese quiche with salad ($17).



and the Red Emperor grilled with chips and salad ($23.50)



Being an Italian restaurant we also had a large selection of pizzas, pasta, risottos and salads to choose from.

The service was friendly and we didn't have too long to wait for the food to arrive at the table. They have both indoor and outdoor, al fresco dining options.

We naturally choose and was lucky to be able to sit outdoors and had a wonderful view of blue skies, blue seas and sandy beach.



We all were very impressed with the food and catching up with friends over a bottle of wine and lunch, there was no urgency or pressure to leave, so we really enjoyed the ambience.

Street parking is available but being along the beach can be quite busy. Reservations are probably needed for the dinner if you would like a particular table to dine at.

We would definitely go back to try out their coffee and cake next time we are in the area.
