Even if you're not a sweet tooth, I guarantee you will love this place. Watching the candy-making here was just simply amazing. All the beautiful colours and patterns resulted from fine hand skills and dedication. We could have stayed there forever watching them stretch and roll the candy.
Located in Kuranda Village Market, Kuranda Kitchen Shop makes its candy in the old-fashioned way. Their products are made using 100% ingredients from Australia and are 100% gluten-free.
The staff were very friendly and gave us a sample and it was heaven! Still a little warm, because it was just freshly made - it was one of the best candies I've eaten. We browsed the shop to decide what we would buy. I had to limit how many bags because my two daughters wanted them all!
