Launching the first-ever K's for R U OK?, July 2020 is the month you're asked to take on a daily distance every day this July. Choose how far you want to go each day and where you want to do it. Involve family and friends as it's much easier and more fun when you have support. The old adage the more the merrier runs true for this event. In these trying times when getting out in the open and getting our daily exercise is our salvation, we may as well put what we're already doing to good use and help fundraise for mental health. GET INVOLVED TODAY! - REGISTER NOW.

Choose your challenge - pick the distance you want to run/jog/walk/wheel/push every day in July
Clock your K's - create a healthy habit and clock your K's daily. You'll be supported every step, every day
Create Conversation - recruit family and friends to support your efforts to help create a connected world protected from suicide.

Every dollar you raise, every step you take - helps to empower more people to connect and support those who may be struggling with life. You don't have to be an athlete and it's not about how fast or far you can run. It's about the three Cs. Connection, Commitment and Consistency.
