Yes, you read right. Krispy Kreme are giving away free doughnuts to celebrate World Doughnut Day. Not that anyone needs a reason to glazefully accept a free doughnut.

Not to be a doughner but unsurprisingly there's a bunch of terms, such as:

One free Original Glaze Doughnut Per Person

Offer only available in-store (front counter and drive through)

Only from Krispy Kreme stores (i.e not 7-Eleven)

Of course numbers are limited

Free Original Glazed doughnut giveaway starts from store opening time and ends at store closing time or midnight for any stores that are open during the night.

Make sure you sign up to their newsletter in order to nab your freebie and be amongst the first to know about other special offers.

If you haven't yet tried a Krispy Kreme doughnut, they can only be described as melt-in-your-mouth. They're best eaten warm, and you don't even have to chew because it dissolves and disappears down your throat, unlike doughy donuts found elsewhere.

There's other flavours available at Krispy Kreme stores like the trademark Simpson's doughnut with pink frosting and coloured sprinkles, along with fan favourite chocolate, jelly-filled, caramel, strawberry and old-school cinnamon, amongst others.

Of course you can expect World Doughnut Day to be the busiest day of the calendar for them, so you'll need to get there early, but providing doughnuts are still available, you can claim your freebie at anytime during the day.

In case you're wondering, a single original glazed doughnut usually retails for $2.85.

Free Krispy Kreme doughnuts are only available on Friday 7th June 2019 whilst stocks last and make sure you check their website for further details and conditions.
