If it quacks like a duck, it must be a duck
There's a small interesting habitat for birds on a bend on Old Bay Road, which should be an interest for bird lovers and photographers.

It's not easy to park, although, you might do like I did and drive onto the side of the road. You'll probably find that some of the birds, especially the geese, will take some interest in you and come out of the water to check you out.

It is the Krause Park Bird Sanctuary, and you won't find much written about it on the Internet. But it is an interesting spot to do a little bit of bird watching.

There's information and images of some of the most regular bird species to visit the sanctuary, and of course, a sign reminding visitors not to feed the birds and why this is so!

According to the information at the sanctuary, over 100 species of birds visit there - though I am sure not all at once!
