With the warmer months approaching alfresco dining will be at its peak. is the ideal place to indulge and satisfy your taste for all things Greek. Located on Robina Town Centre's promenade, this trendy restaurant and meze bar is sure to inspire even the most critical Greek food connoisseur.

In between a day of shopping the relaxed atmosphere at Kouzina allows you to kick back and re-energise before embarking on further shopping adventures. Open seven days from 11 am till late, this award-winning restaurant offers main meals, an express lunch menu, group bookings and take-away.

Main meals range from 22 dollars to 49 dollars. The latter sounds alarmingly pricey, however I personally feel that a mixed grill platter for two people which includes lamb gyros, pork souvlaki, chicken souvlaki, lamb t-bones, sheftalies (Cypriot sausages), chips, tzatziki and pita bread is more than a fair priced deal.

Since on this occasion my mother and I were re-energising in between shopping we decided to try the mezedes to share. Mezedes dishes range from eight dollars to seventeen dollars. Wanting to sample a little of everything we ordered vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Artichoke Saganaki is a warm dish, extremely tantalising for the taste-buds and consists of artichokes served with fresh dill, feta and cream in a clay pot.



By far my favourite of the mezedes' is the Scallops Karpouzafeta. Aesthetically pleasing and oh so divinely tasting, this dainty dish layers grilled scallops with watermelon and feta and is lightly drizzled with a watermelon-mint vinaigrette. Being picky about fresh seafood, my testimony stands when I say "Kouzina serves the freshest seafood."



The Prawns Saganaki melts in your mouth, the tiger prawns with tomato, feta cheese, garlic, white wine and chilli is the perfect combination to get your chi back for shopping. Spanokopita, is a must when dining at Kouzina. The combination of spinach and feta encased by delicate pastry speaks for itself by adding a traditional Greek feel to your dining experience.



On the run or wanting a quick meal, the express lunch menu offers fifteen dishes to choose from at just fifteen dollars each. Meals from the express lunch menu offer tempting wraps, salads and pastas to suit everyone. Kouzina is so dedicated to pleasing its clients that when booking functions and events the chefs will personally tailor menus to cater for any special dietary requirements, including gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian requests.
