On Wednesday the 21st of July 2021, Koomo Restaurant and The Lane Vineyard will be joining forces to bring you a perfectly paired dinner experience. The five-course culinary journey will showcase an Asian influenced menu with sophisticated wines.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a glass of Blanc De Blanc as well as a fresh oyster shucking station. Canapes will then roam as you settle in at your chosen table or booth. The courses will begin with seedy pumpkin sourdough and fresh green salad. This will then be followed by smoked wagyu beef tataki, lobster dumplings and slow-cooked gochujang lamb shoulder. The night will then finish off with green tea black current opera.
Prices start from $195 per person for a communal high table and go up to $260 per person for a private booth. Bookings can be made online via their website, but do be quick as some private booths have already been taken.
