I am a world traveller & a mom of two, (8 & 6). I love to meet people, and am fascinated that there are 7 billion stories out there to be explored. I think Melbourne is the most happening city to live in with all the fun activities around town.

Have You Seen a Conical Pizza?
Fast food: quickly served, easy to eat, mess free (most of the times), cost-effective. Pizza however has remained to be one of those sit and eat style of fast food.
Not any more.
Kono Pizza has solved the problem and converted the conventional pizza into a cone serving.
Kono Pizza at Jam Factory
The first Kono Pizza outlet opened in Melbourne on Chapel Street, in the Jam Factory. So this is what the change is all about.
Dough in the shape of a cone, pre-cooked, and ready to be filled with your choice of sauce and toppings. Once prepared, it goes into the oven for a specified time to evenly cook the ingredients and melt the cheese. Ready to be hand-held and walk away as you enjoy your first conical pizza.

If you have the urge to try this new style of pizza, here is the game-plan: catch the latest Hollywood flick in the Jam Factory Village Cinemas and try a Kono Pizza as you walk out.
My personal experience was a positive one. However the last few bites tend to get a bit messy. I love innovation in food and I think that pizza in a cone has a great future. Franchising opportunities are also available.
