What are you doing this year to get fit?
Are you like me and have 'getting fit' as one of your new year's resolutions? With so many options out there which do you choose?
So while sitting at your computer surfing the net and contemplating getting fit, why not have a look at The Jungle Body With Michele Clarke and her Konga Classes. Konga is a new dance fitness class that will be presented by Michele Clarke to help get you fit and healthy. The classes are very affordable at only $5 per 45 minute class and will run on Monday nights as of February 4th at the Huntingdale Community Centre; 1645 Holmes Street, Huntingdale.
So what exactly is Konga?, you ask. Well, it is a mix of boxing, kickboxing, cardio, dancehall, pop, rock, Pilates, disco... well a bit of everything really. Michele has two classes that cater for different fitness levels:
This class is designed for those who need to take things a little slower or want to pace themselves into getting fit. You can even just take this class as a taster for what to expect.
Konga to the MAX! Get ready to burn those calories. This is a hardcore workout that will have you feeling as though you are ready to conquer the world... or collapse in a heap. Either way you would get a great workout from this session.
For the grand opening of these classes Michele will be hosting a free Konga Launch Party, where you will be able to come down for a look, a chat and a workout.
