"Please don't use that photo for publicity" Trevor's mum
Trevor Jones is quite a sensible man and a gifted musician and teacher. Specialising in classical and operatic music he has a distinguished career as a conductor of Mozart, Verdi and Puccini as well as another as Musical Director of musical theatre (Aida, Godspell, Oklahoma! and many, many others) and teacher.
This is his second visit to the Perth Fringe and the show, Kollision, is based on the idea 'what if?' What if Beyonce sang Wagner? How would Aretha Franklin approach Les Miserables? And other important, iconoclastic, questions.
Trevor's style is conversational, lulling the audience into a false sense of security against the musical wrecking ball to come.
