Just 30 minutes from Sydney CBD, the Koala Park is a great place to visit with kids of all ages. It is nestled amongst lush rainforest, eucalypt groves and native gardens.

You will find not only koalas, but also red & grey kangaroos, dingoes, wombats, echidnas, emus, wallabies and lots of Australian Native Birds. One of the highlights is being able to feed kangaroos, so make sure you stock up on food when you purchase your ticket at the door.

The park offers 4 koala feeding times each day as well as a penguin and wombat show. Naturally, being able to pat a koala is a treat not only for the kids but grown ups as well. There are several BBQs, a souvenir shop, kiosk for light refreshments and amenities. It has easy access for walking impaired as there are no steps on site

A great activity for the holidays or the weekend.
