Women on the Go is the 13th networking event gone virtual. Join other business owners in your area and set yourself up for the final quarter of the year and beyond. It's filled with opportunities to hear two inspiring stories; to network on the day; access to a power networking workshop to head to the next level; online promotion; keep conversations happening; tips on how to make the most of the day and a chance to win prizes during the event.
The
Vision for Knox Community Forum runs over three dates in September at various times. Don't forget to register to have your say in how the whole community can develop a vision for the next 10 years. These 90 min forums are where you can share and air your aspirations for the future of Knox. Here are a few things to ponder and be prepared for the event. How do you want Knox to look and feel in 10 years? What sort of community do you want to live in? What do you all need to focus on to make Knox a great place to live?
Not till October, but a worthy event to look forward to and online this year, put the
Stringybark Virtual Festival in your diary. Celebrating homegrown creativity, sustainability stories, backyard projects and the local Knox Community, the Festival takes a different spin this year in line with Covid-19 restrictions. On offer are a unique mix of virtual programs, workshops, presentations and performances for a whole 12 hours. Find cooking demos, kids arts and craft activities, sustainability presentations and more. Stay tuned to the
event page as free online bookable workshops become available closer to date. The last four hours of the event is dedicated to a series of live-streamed Stringybark Stage performances featuring some of Knox's best local performers. Find more info on the
