The Knox Active Ageing Expo on Wednesday 30 May 2018 from 10am to 4pm at the Knox Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South is timely. It's something we all have to face, especially baby-boomers coming into that timeframe. Confronting ageing is not always easy for everyone. Doing it well is definitely the path to take, as we have no say in the matter.
There's a lot to learn with information and resources at this event to help you slide gracefully fulfilled; embracing your senior years. There'll also be a range of exhibitor stands and information sessions on health and wellbeing; clubs and social groups, education services, personal comfort & independence, government services, celebration of life/end of life planning; residential & community aged care; and retirement living.
